Hi, I’m Nina! For almost a decade now, I’ve been on a deeply personal and transformative journey and I’m excited to share it with you. I’m a survivor, a warrior, and a firm believer in the power of healing through the mind-body connection.
I was born in a time of turmoil, in the war zone that was former Yugoslavia as a child from the ages of 2-6, during the most “sensitive periods” for a child, as stated by Maria Montessori, among many others, and moved to the states as a refugee at 10 years old.
Due to this, I experienced profound trauma. This trauma left a lasting impact on my life, which I’ve done my best to courageously face and embrace as part of my journey.
Throughout my life, I’ve battled many chronic health conditions, such as autoimmune disorders – one of them being eczema, as well as went through TSW (Topical Steroid withdrawal) and I believe these experiences and challenges have given me a unique perspective on the importance of healing, not just physically, but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually as well.
My own path to recovery has shown me the vital role of the mind-body connection, especially in trauma recovery. It’s my passion and dare I say – my calling… to guide others on their healing journey, helping them recognize the incredible power they hold within themselves.
I believe in the profound wisdom of the ancient Greek aphorism “know thyself.” In my guidance services, I’m here to help you explore and understand your inner self, your emotions, and your experiences.
Together, we’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery, empowering you to heal, grow, and return to wholeness.
